Pairing

Every coin on the pad is launched against one underlying from the listed set: Tencent, Alibaba, BYD, Meituan, Xiaomi, NIO, Li Auto, JD.com, SMIC, ICBC, Ping An and PetroChina on HKEX; Kweichow Moutai, Ping An A and Wuliangye on Shanghai and Shenzhen; CATL on Shenzhen; PDD and the Alibaba ADR in the US. At launch the underlying's live print is recorded as the coin's index base. The base never changes.

Price

curve_price = vUSDG / vTOK constant-product, virtual reserves 3,000 USDG · 1.073B tokens index = stock_now / stock_at_launch read every 15 s from the exchange tape price = curve_price × index buy: usdg_in × 0.99 / index → into the curve → tokens out by x·y = k sell: tokens in → curve → usdg_out × index × 0.99

Demand moves the curve. The stock moves the multiplier. A coin paired to BYD at 79.05 HKD trades at 1.10× its curve when BYD prints 86.96. The index P&L is absorbed by the pad's reserve; on the simulated ledger this is bookkeeping, on-chain it is the contract's reserve.

Sessions

HKEX 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00 HKT. Shanghai and Shenzhen 09:30–11:30 and 13:00–15:00 CST. US 09:30–16:00 ET. Outside a session the underlying's last print holds, so the index is frozen and the coin trades on its curve alone. At the open the index jumps to the new print and every paired coin gaps with it. The board labels each name 开盘 (open), 午休 (lunch) or 收盘 (closed).

Red envelopes · 红包

One percent of every coin's supply is set aside in 88 envelopes. The first 88 distinct buyers each open one on their first buy. The amount is a hash-seeded draw between 0.3× and 2× of an even split; every eighth buyer's envelope is multiplied by 1.88. Envelopes are credited on top of the purchase and appear on the coin's page and on the buyer's wallet. Envelope tokens are ordinary tokens.

Fee & $HONG

Every buy and sell pays 1%. Half buys $HONG at market and burns it; with HONG_MINT and a treasury key set the burn executes each period, until then it is a ledger with the USDG amount and the $HONG it buys at the DexScreener price. The other half funds the envelope pool of future launches. $HONG has no other function. It is not yield.

Graduation · 毕业

When a coin's net raised reaches 8,888 USDG the curve closes and the coin is marked listed. On-chain, the raised USDG and remaining supply seed a DEX pool at the closing price and the LP is locked; on the simulated ledger the coin is frozen at its last price and shown with the 上市 seal. Duplicate tickers are banned across the pad forever.

What this is not

Coins are not shares. Holding a Moutai-coin gives no claim on Kweichow Moutai. Ledgers are simulated; each wallet starts with 1,000 paper USDG. Prices are real. Nothing here is a security, investment advice, or a promise. Paired coins can lose value from the curve, from the underlying, or both.
